I graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc with the Bertalan Szemere Prize in 1994. Afterwards, I studied English company law at the University of Nijmegen (Netherlands) as a scholarship holder, then I took a successful legal exam in 2007 and became a member of the Budapest Bar Association. I graduated from the Janus Pannonius University of Pécs with a degree in European Law In 2006 and I received a title of Associate Professor at Szent István University in Gödöllő in 2011. Since 2013, I have been a censor on the Legal Examination Committee of the Ministry of Justice.
I specialize in civil law, corporate law, contract law, real estate law, labour law, agricultural law and family law. I represent a number of Hungarian and international companies ranging from everyday labour law issues, from contracting in Hungarian and English to litigation.
In the field of agricultural law, our client is also a leading multinational firm and a national body. For many years we have been dealing with international and domestic transportation and transportation. We also prepare and verify contracts and other documents on a daily basis for our clients.
